We are looking for an experienced Events Concierge to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of meeting & event planners and guests.

This position is a proactive, empowered problem solver who provides meeting & event planners with seamless on-site support.

In this role, you will explore into new and repeat business opportunities. You will maintain strong relationships with the guests, event organizers, vendors and bookers.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities :

Superior customer service and interpersonal skills with high regard for details and accuracy

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Passion for working with people
