Job Description

Mortgage Support Manager

  • Preparation of :
  • Mortgage Loan Documents, including the Closing Disclosure
  • Proper documentation and reporting to immediate manager
  • General administrative tasks as assigned
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of and experience with residential mortgage lending policies,
  • procedures and practices
  • Advanced knowledge of lending systems, government lending programs,
  • guidelines, and other lending-related laws, regulations and requirements
  • Excellent analysis, decision making and problem resolution skills
  • Proficiency in PC and MS Office skills
  • Experienced and proficient using Calyx, Encompass and ALLREGS
  • Experience with mortgage origination platforms
  • Experience and knowledge of CFPB and regulatory mortgage origination
  • requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy workload, deadlines and accomplish multiple tasks
  • while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Must possess 3+ years’ experience in the mortgage industry and be a proven
  • Team Player, with a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
