Job Description

  • The technical consultant will be assigned to support the clients incident, change, and problem management requirements in ServiceNow.
  • Candidate must also have experience in configuring or customizing Service Portal.
  • Consultant will be required to work independently on the account but with future possibility of adding more resources.
  • Consultant must be a certified ServiceNow administrator (CSA) and ideally a Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
