Job Description
Senior Test Engineer for new product test development of analog and mixed-signal products within the Analog Power and Interface Division (APID).
The candidate will work in a team environment interacting with design, architecture, applications, marketing and product engineering to develop capabilities to validate, characterize and test a variety of analog and mixed signal products (specifically focusing on power and interface devices).
The successful candidate will develop, implement, debug and sustain test programs for production testing, qualification testing and characterization.
The development will include load board design (including all necessary characterization and production hardware) and software creation for validation, characterization, probe and final test production test programs.
The test development will include analog, power and mixed-signal device / circuitry comprised of HV drivers, LED drivers, CAN / LIN, USB port power, Buck / Boost regulators, LDO's, and PIC uProc based designs (embedded CPU testing).
The candidate will work within a multi-disciplined team environment interacting with design, architecture, applications, marketing, product engineering and production manufacturing to develop capabilities to validate, characterize and provide cost effective production test packages that can be utilized and sustained in high volume production.
Job Requirements
BS degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
Minimum 5-10 years experience developing ATE analog / mixed-signal test hardware / programs. Experience with analog and mixed-signal ATE platforms.
Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global multi-functional team environment.
Highly Desired Skills :
Develop validation and characterization programs to cover DC, AC and analog parameters specified for the device.
