SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Will handle vendor management and cost allocation
Screen and evaluate the resume based on the qualifications and requirements set for the position to ensure that only qualified candidates are processed
Screen pre-qualified applicants through telephone interview and invite qualified candidates to complete the recruitment process
Maintain a database of applicants and efficiently track the progress of each candidate endorsed
Assist in the implementation of appropriate recruitment strategies for different searches
Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / department goal attainment or for personal and professional training, education, or development
Gather and input leads in a database and monitor leads distributed to phone screeners
Create and analyze reports to monitor hit rates of different sourcing initiatives
Must have above average verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
Good organizational skills with attention to details
Candidate should be dynamic, energetic, and passionate about sourcing
Candidate should be a team player and able to think and contribute out of the box sourcing activities
Candidate must be willing to travel and be assigned to different locations / places
With sourcing and recruiting background
Candidate with at least six (6) months to one (1) year experience / training in job fairs, recruitment events planning, marketing, and organization is a plus but not required
Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment / HR is a must
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
