As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager. You will make sure that the GM's daily schedules are fixed to ensure smooth flow in his / her agenda.

To be successful in this role, the Executive Assistant should have excellent time-management skills, organized and ability to react quickly to sudden changes.

The Executive Assistant will greatly contribute to the efficiency of the pharmaceutical business by providing excellent support to the GM and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administers processes and projects within the pharmaceutical business
  • Performs secretarial / administration duties frequently involving confidential information
  • Seeks, manages and disseminates information, identifying what is
  • Reviews incoming correspondence / emails, notes actions needed, and provides background information for the actions
  • Manages internal and external meetings, appointments and updates in manager’s calendar, prepares all arrangements and itineraries for business meetings and trips

    Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or management
  • At least 3 years experience in administration preferably in a FMCG or Pharmaceutical setting.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Pro-active, self-driven personality with excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic approach and sense of urgency and creativity
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
