JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
Job Description
Provide first level support to clients
Answering phone calls, respond to email and remote support
Responsible for handling Ticketing System
Monitor, assign, distribute response, update tickets
Ensure to meet Service Level Agreement
Generate summary reports for each clients
Internal Support (NGT Office)
Hardware and Software troubleshooting
Network Troubleshooting
Office application Installations
Document events, problems and their resolution and logs.
Other tasks may be given by Immediate Supervisor
