  • Infrastructure Management Maintain and grow a stable, secure, and compliant I.S. infrastructure and supporting team Demonstrate an ability to perform and effectively manage others in the following technical areas Setup and maintain servers and clients Install and configure new systems (servers and clients) Develop, deploy, and maintain system job processes Evaluate system configurations for optimal performance Evaluate system requirements for optimal cost effectiveness Anticipate future system needs and develop roadmaps for support Monitor and maintain users Create system user accounts Establish and maintain appropriate user security schemes Monitor user logs for security concerns and compliance Monitor and tune systems Monitor job process Review system logs for performance issues Review system logs for security concerns and compliance Tune systems and security for optimal performance and compliance Deploy patches and updates Maintain current patch levels of all systems Ensure all vendor patch / update releases are known of Evaluate patches and updates for compatibiliy Schedule and install patches and updates Setup and maintain network configurations relating to the system Coordinate with network, database, and other system adminstrators to ensure optimal performance across platforms and applications Perform and monitor data backup and restores Establish backup strategies and schedules Evaluate and tune restore strategies
  • Project Management Serve as Project Manager on large, cross functional I.S. infrastructure projects (e.g. acquisitions, system upgrades / implementations) within the local I.

Windows, Unix, large scale networks, storage, etc) 3-5 years managing large-teams / departments Certification or certified infrastructure training is desirable The ability to work well with both technical and non-technical people The ability to speak and read English at a level that will support these job responsibilities and job tasks
