Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal database, etc.).Create a wide talent pool and update the CV search database.
Organize and keep lead status updated in Exelare; prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.Create informed market research and comprehensive client analysis.
