Develop the Main Shelf planograms & Hot Zone plans for the Picture of Success, by retail environment by customer, that apply our global principles & guidelines while delivering against category priorities.
Build CATMAN category leadership with strategic customers by leading the development, tracking and evaluation of category planograms aligned with the customer's and company's overall category strategies to delivery category revenue.
Some of thekey accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to)Owns
Owns process & governance for the planograms across Retail environments & categories
The identification of category opportunities for strategic customers at the Main Shelf
Hot Zone plan by RE / Key customer
The creation of insights into specific customers that can be fed into Customer JBP
Placement of NPD within planograms
Development of the category Main Shelf Picture of Success / planogram
Define the CATMAN initiatives to specific key account programs to build category revenue of strategic customers
Management of efficient assortment & NPD placement at Main Shelf & HZ
Define Hot Zone plan by RE / Key customer
Create and communicate the developed plan to strategic customers
Input the channel, customer and shopper insights into the category planograms (incl. NPD)
Support KAM with customer selling stories & engagement in range review periods
Apply & Sustain
Customer : Monitor KPIs to ensure health & performance
Constant communication with the Shopper Insights and KAM team
Leverage & Improve
Continuous evaluation of the CATMAN programs
Linkage with Region / Global to leverage WoW & best practice
With Shopper Insights run "test & learn" programs that prove / enable PoS activation
Do you have what it takes?
Must be graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business or any related courses
Must have at least 3-5 year experience in FMCG preferably handling key accounts / modern trade
Must be specialized or must have know-how on handling and managing the following :
Spaceman Retail Audit Report (Nielsen)Point of Sales (POS) Data
Must have good analytical and presentation skills
Must have good skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Excel
