    Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently looking for a Customer Service Subject Matter Expert. QUALIFICATIONS : - College Graduate- Good communication skills oral and written.

  • Must have at least 2-3 years experience in Healthcare Account in the BPO Industry.- Excellent customer service skills exhibiting good oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Call Center experience JOB DESCRIPTION : Responds promptly to inbound calls from clients regarding account concerns.
  • Answers candidates inquiries by clarifying desired information. Be able to resolve issues and answer queries, give alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalate unresolved issues.
