What does Store Supervisor do?A Store Supervisor is to oversee the whole operation of the Store. Monitor work of retail staff and employee activity.
Coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assist the customers.
Ensures achievement of sales quotaPrepares reportorial requirements such as Weekly Sales Report, etc.Ensures proper documentation of any product or fixture movement such as deliveries and pull outsAssumes full responsibility on cash management.
Monitors stock level and product mix. Coordinate with Head Office for replenishmentAnalyses and gives input or notify Area Sales Manager of slow moving merchandiseCoordinates with mall management for all store activities.
Process application of permits and gatepassImplements standard operations procedures and ensures proper housekeeping of the storeTrain, counsel and discipline employees as they see fitMonitor finances like petty cash budget, expenditures, analyze discrepancies between budget and actual expenses.
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by immediate superior and Management Qualifications : College graduate of any business courseProven experience as Store Supervisor for at least 3 yearsGood knowledge and understand store operationsKnowledge of MS Office will be a plusExcellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solvingAttention to detailsDesire to work as a team with a results driven approachCustomer service oriented
