1. Technical Knowledge
a. Technical knowledge and proficiency in the following.

2. Technical Operations Support
b. Provides 2nd level technical support to users by investigating, diagnosing, and correcting errors within the agreed SLA.
Management of the input files to the system to ensure completeness and timeliness of delivery.
c. Serves as Subject Matter Expert for service management team that impact FMS.
d. Able to evaluate shell scripts and its functionality and recommend or make changes to improve performance / process.
e. Performs diagnostics / health checks on assigned system according to standard operating procedures. Works independently and manages job with minimal supervision.
Able to adapt work to unanticipated changes. Oral Communication Able to convey technical information to client and promote understanding of relevant issues.
Uses method of communication most appropriate to situation. Adapts service delivery based on appropriateness of situation.
Written Communication Identifies the main information and concepts that are needed to be communicated and translates them clearly using the appropriate level of jargon and technical language based on the audience.
Edits and revises the document when necessary in terms of grammar and other minor errors. High-quality and timely (within SLA) resolution of all incidents, service and change requests under his assigned system.
