Key Accountabilities
Business Unit Management Support : Provide managers, employees, and HR colleagues with day-to-day support in the application of specialized HR programs, processes, and tools by developing resolutions as needed by the business.
Performance : Thorough knowledge of established work standards, processes, and procedures. Maintain contact with higher level staff to ensure a clear understanding of the organizational unit’s priorities.
Ensure objectives are agreed with management and consistently work toward them.
Program Administration : Manage HR programs for the business. Make recommendations for program expectations and direction.
Identify and understand HR issues, company needs and problems of a recurring nature to effectively address and resolve situations.
Projects & Programs : Apply basic or limited knowledge of professional concepts in one or more specialized HR programs, processes, and tools.
Information Administration : Access, review, compile, and store multiple sources of data to generate appropriate criteria for reports.
Work with HR colleagues to determine sources of information to complete assigned work.
Development : Actively seek internal and external training and development opportunities to further develop competencies and / or move beyond the scope of the role.
Networking : Develop relationships with direct Manager and other HR professionals to build a reputation as an HR Business Partner.

Use experience in attaining desired business results for specialized HR programs, processes, and / or tools.
Contribute to the achievement of all defined HR Service Levels.
Support on diverse specialized HR programs, practices, procedures, tools and techniques within agreed timescale and budgets.
Mitigation of risk to the business through accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of data in day-to-day activities.
Credible relationships built with employees, managers, HR managers and colleagues, and support functions, as evidenced by positive feedback.
Valuable contribution made to the HR function, as evidenced by project team extended feedback
Skills and Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience as a generalist in Human Resources.
Background in compensation and benefits, labor management, business permit renewal is a plus.
Experience in data management, reports creation and maintenance.
Good communication and presentation skills, pleasing personality in dealing with people and willingness to learn the other facets in HR
