  • Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied

  • Process request for account activation, upgrade, renewal of subscription, sending and clarifying of details in the billing statements
  • At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • At least 6 moths BPO experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
