Responsibilities :

Pre-installation phase :

Accountable & Responsible for :

  • Preparation, submission and securing work permit from the granting authority
  • Conduct tool box talk, verification of tools and equipment as per EHS policy
  • Ensure that approved drawings and method statements are used for installation
  • Mobilization of tools, plant and equipment for installation
  • Adapt AZDP (HSE) rules and regulations
  • Ensure that all site workers and sub-contractors are inducted as per ALSTOM HSE Policy
  • Follow OCS Masts pre-assembly as per approved quality check lists
  • Installation Phase :

    Accountable & Responsible for :

  • Coordinate Subcontractors installation activities and ensure that the assigned activities are completed within the time frame
  • Ensure quality during installation are within the prescribed OCS defined tolerances in coordination with QA-QC team
  • Review and Maintain Site Diaries and Daily Progress Report
  • Maintain and complete Subcontractors reconciliation
  • Understand, adapt and implement ALSTOM AZDP Rules
  • Understand and follow Alstom Site Quality procedure especially NCR procedure
  • Post Installation Phase :

  • Accountable & Responsible for :
  • Adjustment and final setting of OCS within the specified OCS tolerances
  • Record and submit post quality inspection check lists in coordination with QA-QC team
  • Coordinate and obtain clearance or no objection from customer for onsite checks until handover to Customer
  • Support, coordinate, participate and complete in the T&C activities of OCS works
  • Ensure closure of all NCR’s
  • Knowledge & Experience :

  • 2 to 5 years of related experience in Metro / Mainline Railway projects
  • Awareness of Overhead Catenary System and Construction methodologies
  • Knowledge in MS Office and MS Project
  • Behavioural and Technical Skills :

  • Good team spirit and communication skills
  • Initiatives, self-motivated for technical matters and speed learning
  • Autonomy and rigour
  • Willing to work in Night and Day Shifts
