  • Plan, create and implement project work plans, revises as deemed appropriate to the needs and requirements of business owners, sponsors and users which includes the following task :
  • Evaluates, reviews and recommends solution design, functional specs and proposals;
  • Estimation and Cost Analysis as provision and recommended for budget approval and management;
  • RFP and Vendor Management;
  • Managing risk, issues and escalation including development of contingency / mitigation plans.
  • Create High level and detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) which includes dependencies, efforts, resource driven timelines, critical path and milestone for prioritization of task.
  • Security review including vulnerability testing.
  • Standard documentation and reporting which includes but not limited to Status Report, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), Project Charter, Test Strategy, Design Architecture, Security Plan and administration, Implementation Plan and Project Closure / Acceptance.
  • Monitor and control the scope, time, budget and expenditures.
  • Technical writing skills to author and review project related documents in compliance to quality assurance methodologies.
  • Make sure that all documents are updated, reviewed, signed and in the repository.

  • Communicate and facilitate / organize meetings with support groups / departments project team and business owners.
  • Migration of data and reconciliation reports as deemed necessary.
  • Ensure test environments, test data and test scripts are prepared. Detailed test scripts should be thorough and well documented for use in future regression test.
  • Preparation of training materials, user manual and successful training.
  • Manage both document and software version control.
  • Hand hold / turn over to Operation management (Prod support) relating to Overview of the project, knowledge artifacts (FAQ) and documentation.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related course;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Can write / format / proofread documentation, write / summarize MOMs, create presentations, etc.;
  • Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Gives attention to detail, very organized with documents and files, "perfectionist" attitude;
  • Willing to learn new skills (i.e. analysis), able to adapt to new processes and changes in directions quickly;
  • Able to multi-task, and execute complex tasks;
  • Has a positive attitude and disposition; Interested to be part of non-work activities;
