Amazon is seeking for a Behavioral and Communications trainer to join the growing, fast-paced Finance Operations team at Manila.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Delivers / facilitates New Hire and Enhancement training for all aspects of Financial Operations including soft skills, communications and behavioral training.
Builds, develops and modifies modules and other learning materials catering to all types of learners
Conducts New Hire Orientation and Finance Operations Induction
Facilitates training, workshops and seminars enhancing written and spoken English
Delivers behavioral courses to drive performance
Partners with Team Leads and other levels of management to ensure achievement of learning and development goals, and exceed performance metrics.
Tracks learning session’s feedback for relevance and impact. Recommends change to existing modules and develops new courses for communications and behavioral development.
Identifies training needs based on current performance and provide solutions to address gaps and skills issues.
Conducts one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions and create an analyst’s developmental plan.
Proactively contributes and participates on engagement activities, team building and other tasks to support business needs
Cultivates a culture of excellence amongst peers and an ambassador of Amazon’s towards culture.
Writes and proofreads SOPs, Newsletters and announcement.
Drives the Speaking English Culture in Finance Operations
Creates and implements initiatives focusing on communications and behavioral development
Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written is a must).
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree of, Mass Communications, Banking and Finance, HR, Knowledge Management or Psychology.
3+ years of prior working experience in Training and Development.
Proven track records of delivering Collections or Financial training within operations serving different market
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap solutions
Strong ability to exercise good judgement and make sound business decisions
Ability to handle multiple ad shifting priorities
Team-oriented and result’s driven
Flexible in schedule and work load
Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferably 3+ years of experience working in a BPO setting or financial industries.
Exposure to finance processes.
Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced dynamic environment.
Solid organizational and project management skills.
Strong desire to exceed expectations.
Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Exposure in coaching and performance management
