We have an urgent requirement for a Relationship Manager.

Experience : 0 - 6 years in Sales and Marketing

Domain : Life Insurance Digital Business Channel

Primary Skills : Sales, Relationship Management, Presentation Skills, Team Handling, Digital Marketing

Additions Skills : Institutional Sales

Location : Delhi NCR , Lucknow , Jalandhar / Ludhiana , Jaipur , Chandigarh / Mohali

Education Qualification : MBA / BBA

Number Positions : - 6

  • Will be handling a Team of Interns and drive them for Digital Online Sales.
  • Meeting Placement Directors / Officers of MBA / BBA Colleges in Assigned Territory.
  • Giving Presentations to them about Internship Programme.
  • Interview & select the interns.
  • Will be responsible for Training, Mentoring & Coaching the Interns.
  • Responsible for End to end Digital Sales.
  • Should be proficient in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Market Expansion and Key Account Management for digital customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent sales & marketing skills and drive profitable objectives to realize online sales
  • Should create network of MBA / BBA colleges.
  • Key Skills

  • Incumbent should be willing to work in a target based approach with focus on new customer acquisition and lead generation
  • Should have sound knowledge of Digital business eco system.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated, Tech savvy understanding of Power point, Excel will be useful.
  • Candidate should have expertise in customer relationship management and business development capabilities
