AvePoint Manila Branch is seeking an Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable) in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig office.

Your responsibilities include :
Payment Collection, emails and phone call reminders, deal with basic issues of payment collection.
Daily Bank Reconcile and Monitor Account Receivable Accounts.
Balance the 2nd and 3rd year's Purchase Order Collection of Multi-year Purchase Agreement.
Internal tasks escalation and working closely with Sales Department, Legal Department and Oversea Customers.
Related Data Support for Accounting Reports.
Qualities you'll need to be a fit for this role include :
Bachelor degree or above and majored in English or Economics is preferred.
English needs to be used as working language, oral English is fluent, good interpersonal skills is needed.
Teamwork spirit, practical work hard and working carefully
Self-motivated and can work under high pressure
Familiar with MS office, especially Excel
Night shift requirement
