RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processes and reviews time and attendance of all regular and non-regular employees
  • Processes and verifies overtime claim of employees
  • Provides information to employees regarding discrepancies on their hours worked
  • Enrolls new employees in finger scan unit as basis for their attendance
  • Prepares reports, statements and summaries related to timekeeping for payroll computation and reference
  • Receives, verifies and files all timekeeping related documents
  • Attends to queries regarding attendance, absences and overtime claim
  • Handles onboarding orientation on timekeeping policies and practices
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Accountancy or any other related course
  • With at least 1 year work experience in timekeeping
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Must have good data entry, mathematical reasoning, analytical and communication skills
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Must be amenable to work in Quezon City
  • Willing to render overtime when necessary
  • Must be amenable for project-based employment
