Job Description :

  • Working alongside technical and business teams to understand testing scope during sprint planning. Sort out blockers (if any) to enable seamless testing
  • Manage and ensuring readiness of group environments
  • Plan & drive the team in execution of test cases based on the defined acceptance criteria in conjunction with others and test the delivery of these features.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation required

  • Manage the inter links between various stages of product testing lifecycle - system test, install test, Integration test, user acceptance test, performance test
  • Proactive in driving the automation culture within the group to optimize the test cycle
  • Participate actively in the governance meetings to provide the status updates on testing metrics. Also highlight the risks & challenges at appropriate time
  • Working closely with Product Owners to understand the test requirements and how best to deliver it by meeting / exceeding expectations
  • Engage in all the relevant stages of the product testing lifecycle - eg Sprint Planning, Execution, Demos, Retrospectives
  • Sharing experience in POS areas, technical expertise and best practices across rest of the POS Programme team
  • Qualifications :

  • 6+ year's experience in a Sr Quality Analyst role / Lead Quality Analyst role
  • Solid exposure of working using agile methodologies
  • Managing team size 4-6 members
  • Exposure to various industry standard automation tools and ability to recommend the appropriate tools
  • Hands-on experience in working & leading on any of the industry POS products
  • Strong customer advocacy, empathy and listening skills
  • An ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams at all levels
  • Demonstration of working in a matrix team - sharing knowledge, co-ordinate with cross functional teams, reporting & working towards the common objective
  • Fluent communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Being part of implementation journey of POS solution in a multi-country setup
