Job Summary :
Executive Assistant shall provide consultative, research and advisory service to the Association’s President and CEO. He or she will also be tasked with variety of administrative duties and responsibilities for the Office of the President.
Duties and Responsibilities :
4.Assists in apprising the Office of the President on new and relevant legal and / or jurisprudential developments that will likely affect the operations of the Association, particularly the Office of the President.
6.Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
11.Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Association.
1.The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, with Accounting or Law background.
2.He / she must have the ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
3.He.she must have good and effective communication skills, both written and oral, particularly in the context of delivering clear and concise recommendations and feedback.
4.He / she must have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
5.He / she must possess strong analytical, and management and problem-solving skills.
