DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and triage customer raised issuesÂ
  • Handle Level 1 and 2 support calls by phone and remote supportÂ
  • Assist hospitality business like cafes, pubs, clubs and restaurants about their inquiries on our POSÂ
  • system functionalityÂ
  • Resolve problems being experienced by the customersÂ
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma, vocational / short course certificate bachelor’s degree in any fieldÂ
  • Prior application support experience is a prerequisiteÂ
  • Strong knowledge in PC (operating system / database) and networking skills are essentialÂ
  • Good analytical and logical skillsÂ
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, fluent using English LanguangeÂ
  • Flexible, confident and committed to get work doneÂ
  • Computer literate, internet savvy and knowledge of helpdesk applicationsÂ
  • Knowledge of POS systems is a must
