What will you do?
The Global Advisory Resourcing Lead will the maturity uplift of the Resource Management function across Advisory. The role will be responsible for supporting the leadership in aligning the right people to the right projects at the right time.
Here are the key things you will do to bring ideas to life’.
Working with the Resourcing and Offshoring Leader for ANZ, the candidate will have the following responsibilities.
Establish processes to mature the resource management function across Advisory, including but not limited to resource tracking and allocation across engagements ensuring the right fit of consultant capabilities against client needs, and working to ensure the service line meets its business and goals through effective resourcing.
Manage tools, data and reporting pertaining to resource management including capability, capacity, availability, and utilization data.
Work closely with vertically aligned Managing Principals, Service Group Leaders, Opportunity Owners, and Project Managers to understand project staffing needs and requirements
Optimize staffing across service lines and regions to increase staff utilization and profitability.
Fill current and forecast project roles to maintain acceptable staff productivity levels.
Review and recommend project staffing to address project requirements considering skills matrix, availability, budget, utilization.
Manage staff recruitment forecasting, supply and demand needs, based on required, project-driven, skills and capabilities.
Identify staff sourcing risks and recruitment needs and manage skills shortages.
Provide regular reporting to the Advisory leadership team on chargeability, unassigned view, forecasting and headcount planning.
Hold minimum weekly meetings with the Advisory Leadership Team to discuss and understand current and forecast staff utilisation and recommend actions to improve.
Constantly drive improvements in data entry compliance by staff to ensure accurate forecasting.
Optimize the tools necessary for efficient and effective staffing.
Maintain Saviom account management and licensing relationship.
Ensure training materials are readily available for all new and existing staff.
Develop and propose process improvements around resource staffing needs.

Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and deliver solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Suggest enhancements to ensure continuous application improvement. You will also need the following :
Business understanding and commercial acumen the Resource Planning function is a key driver of profitability
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Cloud and IT enterprise system experience
