The Research Analyst / Business Analyst in the Sales Operations Team at RingCentral will empower the Sales organization with business knowledge and analysis and process optimization.
You will collaborate with Sales, Crediting, Compensation, and other teams to deliver and contribute strategic solutions designed to support Sales processes and operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, enjoys working as part of a team, can successfully multitask, and thrives on being successful in fast-paced environments.
Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a confident presence, excellent logical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The position entails meeting multiple deadlines, thus stellar time management and prioritization is a must.
Assist in company data management and territory planning
Reviewing and investigating compensation cases and approvals that directly impact the organization
Delivering reports to respond to partner's needs
Builds credibility and establishes a collaborative rapport with key stakeholders within the organization.
Drives continuous process improvement and standards development.
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years work experience.
Statistical or mathematical background
Familiar with at least one of these technologies : Salesforce, Xactly; a strong user of MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience in driving continuous improvement with a track record of achieving results.
Ability to work as a standout colleague and enjoys collaboration but can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Can work with attention to detail and excellence in troubleshooting and analysis skills.
Self-starter / willing to take action : Can see opportunities for process improvement
Naturally inquisitive and committed to continuous learning improvement.
Ability to work, lead, and achieve results in a global environment.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced organization.
