Assist in follow-ups of deliveries and inquiries in able to complete and submit progressive report per client requirements
Performs as assistant to Account Team Leader / Supervisor on clerical functions
Sends email follow-ups to Hubs on : DeliveryRe-delivery instructionsUnclear or vague POD / FD status update
Sends the required reports and feedback in a timely manner
Report any noted discrepancies in system update to respective Team Leader / Supervisor.
Act as (occasional) back-up for Account Representative
At least high school graduate with experience in encoding and data processing
Flexible and adaptable to stressful environment
Process and Result oriented.
Computer Literate and comprehensive knowledge / skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point and Excess) is needed.
