Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for owning the implementation process from start to finish, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document).

Provide an amazing experience for each and every client / stakeholders you work with.Partner with people, clients, and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and come up with creative approaches to make them successful.

Perform deep-dive information-gathering sessions and collect client program requirements. Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast information (, hardware, software), using input from applicable sourcesEstablish / apply quality objectives, criteria, standards, and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (, scope definition).

Develop, communicate and implement program / project risk / issue management plans and strategies (, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)Validate the workflows and processes of incoming opportunities, and manage client / stakeholder and project team expectations simultaneously for a frictionless onboarding experience.

Provide clients / stakeholders with guidance and process improvements throughout the implementation cycle.Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques.

Act as an investigator and troubleshoot when process and operational discrepancies arise.Handle day-to-day client / Stakeholder communication throughout each implementation.

Adapt to the changing project priorities and complete deliverables on time with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Not to mention approaching all role responsibilities with great confidence, assertiveness, and a sense of ownership.To care deeply about the overall business needs and look for ways to add value.

  • 3+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in any field; Experience in the BPO sphere, a plus.
  • With excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Has both strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to both accuracy and quality.
  • Experienced in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Someone who has advanced knowledge of email ticketing and cloud-based systems (, Aircall, Five9, Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus, but not required.
  • Someone interested in how new technologies and businesses are changing the face of work.
  • Preferred Qualifications : PMP Certification
