  • Must have 12 Years plus of experience in IT Industry and strong in Insurance domain including Life & Non-Life.
  • Played a role of product manager / product owner in multiple Insurance / Finance transformation project. Has owned a solution from offshore
  • Insurance, IFRS 17 accounting, IFRS 17 Chart of Accounts (CoA) Design, IFRS 17 accounting position paper
  • Validation of IFRS 17 Financial Statements (P&L and Balance Sheet) and Disclosures
  • Involved in IFRS 17 Gap Assessment, IFRS 17 Financial Impact Assessment, IFRS 17 Actuarial modelling, created IFRS 17 actuarial position paper
  • Involved in IFRS 17 Data design. ETL integration of source data to IFRS 17 sub ledger & IFRS 17 data mapping and configuration
  • Involved in IFRS 17 Sub ledger to General Ledger Mapping
  • Worked as SME for an Insurance / Finance / IFRS 17 solutions. Preferably strong exposure to financial transformation & regulatory space that covers financial accounting, management & reporting or IFRS17
  • Played a role of Solution / Business Architect for an Insurance / Finance / IFRS 17 solutions. Knowledge of any GL & IFRS17 system will be an added advantage
  • Candidate involved in following solutions implementation :
  • o SAS IFRS 17 implementation

    o SAP FPSL IFRS 17 implementation

    o Aptitude IFRS 17 implementation

    o Moody’s Risk Integrity IFRS 17 Implementation

    o Legerity IFRS 17 Implementation

    o FIS IFRS 17 implementation

  • Involved in IFRS 17 Test planning and strategy, IFRS 17 SIT, IFRS17 UAT
  • Involved in Dry run testing, parallel run and transitions
  • Has an implementation experience of an end to end Insurance / Finance / IFRS17 solutions
  • Has managed a team of functional & technical analyst and configurators across multiple competencies
  • Has managed multiple client implementation simultaneously. Handled teams and multiple other stakeholders
  • Has worked on cloud-based solutions with exposures to functional and technical aspects. Ability to do the estimation and total cost of ownership (TCO) of the implementation
  • Ability to create future operating model for client
  • Has carried out current state and future state analysis and able to do the gap assessment both functional & technical.
  • Provide consultancy to client for the best approach for solution implementation

  • Has created work breakdown structure for a product implementation to a client. Has been responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with offshore team
  • Has exposure to Agile methodology used in product implementation for a client. Has created product road map, backlog, stories and use cases
  • Ability to contribute towards the innovation by advising tools / accelerators which can be integrated to a solution
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and proactiveness in driving / delivering project deliverables
  • Willingness to travel to meet and work with clients
  • Good Analytical skills
