PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB :
To manage an assigned list of customer accounts within the Modern Channels for revenue growth.
To be responsible for monitoring Promoters performance, making sure that all products are available on the shelf, well stocked and well merchandised.
To develop strong customer relationships with assigned accounts and expand network
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Proper monitoring of sales activities / Promotions rolled out on each assigned account and monitor
the progress of each programs.
Conduct Product Training for Promoters and MC accounts personnel, to familiarize them with
product function, use and specifications, etc.
Monitor competitor’s activities, New Product launched, etc. and provide monthly reports to MC Head or immediate supervisor.
Make sure that all products display are properly merchandised at store point. Any issues / concerns should be reported immediately to supervisor.
Meet Sell-Out target set for each assigned MC Accounts.
Monitor sales performance (Sell-Out) of assigned account versus SELL-IN target to ensure alignment.
Provide the Team with an update on price monitoring for each product vs competition.
Assist assigned accounts for any product enquiries, marketing programs, order monitoring, delivery monitoring, repairs, RTV’s and other related matters.
Coordinate with Channel head / Supervisor for any concerns / issues with the assigned accounts.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
At least 5 year(s) of experience specializing in modern trade sales management
Results driven and possess initiative to organize work independently
Customer focused and have strong selling, negotiation and communication skills
Hands-on report writing and data analysis skill
