Job Purpose Responsible for supporting LATAM?s Channel Account Executive (CAE) on assigned Territory Partners / Distributors via email or over the phone.
Identify any outstanding issues, fix them, coordinate request or make any necessary follow up to appropriate Departments such as Sales, Order Processing, Support, Pricing Operations, Marketing, Regional Sales Operations, IT or Partners / Distributors if needed.
This incumbent will report to Team Lead, Sales Operations, Manila and dotted line to Sales Operations Manager. Main Duties Responsible for all below 5K ?
Sub 5K Opportunities queries / request. Includes, but is not limited to : Creates an Account in Salesforce if no existing record Creates an Opportunity Assist with Quoting and sends it to CAE (LATAM region) for decisions and approvals Make sure to meet the SLA which is 24- 48 Hours Ensuring that all LATAM Orders are being checked / handled on a timely manner.
Includes, but is not limited to : Margin not correct / updated Partner / Distributor Contact Missing Ensure PO matches the quote amount Follow Up LATAM Orders Case Identify and prioritize urgent Opportunities to help expedite the processing of order Responsible to follow up Renewals and Pipelines to Partners Evaluate information provided by the Partners / Distributors and actioned accordingly.
Easily adapt to a fast-paced Environment and ability multi task. Maintain requests according to the Departments Practices with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Effectively articulate the requirements, expectations and benefits of the Sophos Partner Program to assigned Channel Partners.
Assist the manager with projects, as needed and perform other duties as assigned Skills & Experience Essentials : Knowledgeable with Salesforce.
