We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Sustainable Livelihood Program is inviting applicants for the vacant position of Project Development Officer III.

Ø One (1) Project Development Officer III

Salary Grade / Salary : 18 Php 31,351.00

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training

Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience

Eligibility : CS Professional / Second Level Eligibility

Primary Functions :

  • vEnsures integration of specialization in the development of programs;
  • vPrepares consolidated reports and submits recommendation based on observations and submitted reports.

  • vIdentifies areas for action research necessary for the development of the different welfare programs;
  • vAssists LGAs, LGUs, NGOs, and Pos in the development, preparation, and packaging of project proposals;
  • vEstablish and maintains linkages with donor agencies both local and international through sectoral meetings / consultations, workshops / writeshops fairs and participation in foreign missions;
  • vDevelops monitoring guidelines, tools and reporting system;
  • vConducts assessment and evaluations of social welfare development projects implemented by LGUs, NGOs, and Pos;
  • vPerforms other assignments that may be required from time to time.

  • Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :
