Responsibilities :
Providing Tier II support to clients related to issues with assigned business unit products and services
Respond to escalated tickets from Tier I support staff to issues that impact client's business operations
Perform more advanced troubleshooting of routers and systems making adjustments within the scope of responsibility
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in a highly technical environment
Participates in technical training programs and self-directed learning
Support desktop operating systems, hardware and software with focus on MAC OS (all versions of MAC OS, iPhone, iPad)
Requirements :
Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
Proficient in both Spanish and English
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
Technical knowledge is a plus
Open for foreign nationals that can speak read and write Spanish
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
