Duties and Responsibilities 1 Maintain relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements 2 Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends market activities and competitors 3 Do sales call on a regular basis to get new prospect clients for the company and to re visit the existing clients 4 Assist inquiries propose package quotation and recommend solutions to key clients 5 Introduce new products such as tour package in Japan South East Asia Europe destination and any other products and destinations 6 Finalize bookings and closely monitor full payment accomplish the booking card sales book report billing invoice and other supporting docs needed 7 Directly communicate to vendors Skyhub JPH TAS for quotation especially on group rates 8 From time to time Assist as tour escort during client group tours 9 Participate in H I S events that would contribute in achieving the company s target and goal 10 Collect analyze and interpret sales records to obtain information useful in preparing reports 11 Supports the Sales Supervisor to organize periodic meetings with sales team to review sales activities and re strategize to optimize productivity 12 Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper customer relationship management 13 To perform other functions as deemed necessary by the immediate superior or the management in relation to the companies objectives Requirements Minimum education level Bachelor s Degree Years of experience 2 Availability for travel No Availability for change of residence No
