Opportunity for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to Join Our Corporate Team in Elkridge, MD or Virtual.

Responsibilities :

The Senior Technical Recruiter is a key resource in CyberCore’s Mission Services Division. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the individual in this role will contribute to the Vision, Mission and Directly Impact the Growth of Our Professional Services.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for conducting the day-to-day recruiting and placement of highly technical candidates with high-level security clearances.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will work closely with Operations Management to understand the needs of the organization and deliver required results.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Technical Recruiter opportunity is motivated to succeed, eager to learn, and willing to come up with out-of-the box ideas to recruit candidates in a constantly evolving market.

The right person will act as a Positive Contributor, bringing new ideas and fresh energy to a Highly Motivated and Cohesive Team.

This role is Critical and has High Visibility.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop strategies to recruit technical talent with high-level security clearances.
  • Build relationships with candidates and establish a pipeline for current and future work.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, relationship management, offer acceptance or close-out of candidate.
  • Work closely with operations management to understand the needs of the organization and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Act as an Advisor to Leaders and Executives at CyberCore on issues relating to the Employment Market
  • Work with Security and Human Resource Departments to ensure a smooth transition of Incoming Employees
  • Innovate and Architect New Ways for CyberCore to Attract Talent.

  • Exemplary attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to learn and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
  • Strong people-focused attitude, professional and friendly, able to build strong professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of DOL, OFCCP, and EEO Regulations and Requirements.
  • Basic Understanding of Company Financials and How Hiring Impacts an Organization’s Bottom Line .
  • Required Qualifications :

  • US Citizenship Required. Active TS / SCI Preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of recruiting experience
  • 7+ years of Recruiting Candidates with Government Security Clearances
  • 7+ years of Recruiting Candidates with Highly Technical Skills (Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Information Security Engineers, etc.)
