Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) or more years of CRE experience (valuation and analysis) is required. Strong knowledge of real estate valuation and assessment of risks affecting property values is required.

Able to set specific goals and create actionable plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish set goals. Must be able to communicate effectively, listen to direction, and be proactive.
Must be well adept at using Microsoft Excel for financial modeling. Argus experience is preferred yet not required.
