Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Responsible for ensuring that AIA conducts business in compliance with ethical business practices, AIA policies and legal requirements Spearhead and manage the end to end Business Quality process through strategy, planning, governance, and monitoring.

Develop, maintain and communicate the BQ Dashboard to stakeholders (Agency, Management, Risk, Compliance) Manage BQ reports and communications including reporting of material breaches, issuing of reprimand / resolution letters, communicating applicable rules and standards, and appeals as required.

Enable the agency to do quality business through learning sessions (classroom and eLearning initiatives) Lead Predictive Modelling & Monitoring and validate selection by Compliance Spearhead Mystery Shopping & Market Surveillance Initiatives and provide analysis of competitor / industry’s best practices.

  • Participate in other projects including : policy replacement system / s, social media finding validations and policy acknowledgement form reminders, and other projects related to Business Quality Perform other tasks that may be assigned MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, Accounting or other related discipline Minimum 5 years management experience and at least 8 years of relevant working experience in the insurance / banking industry;
  • with good understanding and experience in Life Insurance product, operation, sales compliance, distribution channel, internal audit / investigation, regulatory and internal requirement to maintain above benchmark Business Quality and ethical sales practices Good work ethics, able to work independently with minimum supervision, resourceful and reliable in following-up and completing tasks.

    Result oriented and takes pride in the quality of work, continuously drive process improvements to achieve results. Able to perform data analysis and generate report of through analytics visualization tool, i.

    e. Tableau is an advantage. Proficient in English with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. A team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff.
