Responsible to accommodate inbound calls,email and chat regarding customer inquiry or request.
Update of time records of customer interactions, document inquiries through the official ticket system.
Exceed customer’s expectation in handling inquiries and complaints by providing timely solutions.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issue from the customers
Classify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback
