Assist Creative Director with creative direction and campaigns, as well as supervise lateral teams and staff on multiple pitch projects.
The role is a leader, a creative mind and a project manager all in one.
The Senior Creative Writer will report directly to the Creative Director and will be tasked with the following responsibilities :
Work alongside the Creative Lead to develop design concepts and directions for marketing materials, campaigns, videos, and event projects.
This will require them to make conceptual and stylistic decisions. Crafting topline copy, creating presentation layouts, mockups and proposals that may be requires to illustrate their idea to other members of the team, management and clients.
Oversee multiple design projects at one time. This will include creating presentations, creating timelines, overseeing design direction, ensuring all deadlines are met, confirming internal clients are satisfied with the results and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the duration of the project.
They also act as quality control for their projects by reviewing and editing their projects before release.
Exposed and in-tune with the latest event trends and social media fads. To best serve their design department they must continually research marketing trends and strategies and the technologies used in event design and storytelling.
They must be able to recognize their intended audience and the best strategies for reaching said population. They must also be aware of what competitors are doing in order to create innovative and new designs and concepts.
