Qualifications

Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Motorpool In-Charge.

Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related studies focusing on Automotives and Preventive Maintenance Systems.

Possess good people management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Coordinate with all departments regarding all equipment concerns.

Oversee motorpool personnel and their activities.

Manage the preventive maintenance system for heavy equipment and light vehicles.

Oversee the proper execution of repairs & completions and monitor complaint reports.

Monitor the motorpool warehouse stocking system.

Perform administrative duties as head of the department such as but not limited to : Creation of reportsApproval of permits, requests, and other papers related to motorpool activityEvaluation of employee performancePreparation of flowcharts and work instructions
