minimum of 24 months of supervisory experience preferably HEALTHCARE / INSURANCE BPO environment
Results driven and people oriented / strategic and tactical in game planning
Strong to excellent communications skills to liaise with other stakeholders and be able close accounts.
Willing to work permanent night shifts but WEEKENDS OFF
Willing to work permanently in ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY
