    So what does an Learning Experience Technology and Analytics Administrator really do? Think of yourself as someone who will manage the LX Tech user experience, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best.

    After all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch. Now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being an LX Technology and Analytics Administrator.

    Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind, you will be responsible for the overall LX Tech user experience, making sure that the LX Tech you’re handling is kept spick and span.

    As an LX Technology and Analytics Administrator, you will be tasked to :

    Generate reports :

    Generate compliance reports on a regular basis

    Ensure reports are updated according to the agreed schedule

    Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations on generated reports

    Run ad hoc and standard reports for compliance systems

    Manage users :

    Ensure that the roster is up-to-date

    Assign users the correct access and permissions

    Ensure that the correct users are able to access the correct space / s, tools, and features of the system

    Coordinate and collaborate with relevant department / s should there be any issues with a user’s profile and access

    Manage courses and content :

    Conduct testing and provide feedback on content, especially on interactivities

    Set up course pages according to the agreed specifications

    Uploaded training materials or set-up learning objects in the course pages with the correct settings

    Function as a Systems QA wherein you will create or upload learning events

    Ensure that details of a course are properly documented and up-to-date

    Set-up and maintain the system

    Configure, maintain, and continuously improve tools, dashboards, apps, plugins, etc.

    Conduct regular audits and system checks to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end tech-related system issues and challenges as well as help to identify and prevent potential problems before they occur

    Troubleshooting and support

    Interact with the developers, stakeholders, and learners to analyze, troubleshoot, and respond to any system related issues while following TaskUs’ communication guidelines

    Coordinate with the required departments to help increase compliance

    Create and maintain slick, easy to read dashboards for compliance and system issues

    Provide walkthroughs to users as needed

    Collaborate with others in creating user guides, training materials, knowledge articles, etc. related to system activities

    So, do you have what it takes to become an LX Technology and Analytics Administrator ?

    Requirements :

    So, what is it we’re looking for? Well, since this is an administrator post, we need someone with a degree that’s focused on L&D systems or Computer Science or any related field of study.

    In terms of work experience, we need someone who has one when it comes to generating reports using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

    Someone who has at least 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience is required. Someone who also has experience managing a Learning Management System a big advantage.

    Now let’s get technical. We need someone who demonstrates the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of technical tasks and LMS functionality issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.

    Someone with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation. Must be focused on customer satisfaction. Someone who is an expert when it comes to managing learning management systems is a huge advantage.

    We also need someone who demonstrates a strong interest in working in training and the human resources field. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.

    Someone who is able to process information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations. Someone with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    Proficient with G-Suite Applications or Microsoft Office Apps required. Someone with strong attention to detail, in reviewing data and project management skills.

  • Lastly, we need someone who has a knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS (it’s a plus!). Someone who’s technology literate;
  • can easily work with new software (, media authoring tools, office suite, and other web apps). Also, someone who has a knowledge of learning theories and methodologies is a big plus.
