Brief Description of the Job :

  • In-charge of deepening the company's knowledge of its customers by championing the inception of corporate and project-focused research studies.
  • Will collate information from the BIS and other sources to clearly segment the market by area and project-type
  • Will help set up the long-term information investment for consolidated data mining and customer relations management
  • Development of a trade promotional plans with key customers and channels
  • Drive the planning and development of researches (projects typically include attitude and usage, intent to purchase, creative tests, brand tracking, product and feature testing / optimization, market research online community etc.)
  • Will work closely with key customers to provide category and buyer insights to drive performance
  • Coordinate with IT in the framework needed to capture information for market segmentation
  • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of Statistics, Business or any related course
  • Must have at least 5 years solid experience in a similar position preferably in the FMCG or Research sectors
  • Knowledge in basic Statistics
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, presentation & leadership skills
