About the Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (from sourcing to on-boarding);
Execute and manage the recruitment, sourcing, and branding strategies and plans in all platforms available (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Academe, Referral Program, Job Fairs);
Work with hiring teams to forecast, plan, and understand the hiring needs and timeline
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s) : Recruitment and Selection.
1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good knowledge in full cycle of recruitment with focus on technical roles.
Adept in navigating sourcing platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.;
Ability to multitask, a team player and can handle pressure with grace;
Excellent verbal and written skills for interpersonal communication.
Can work effectively with different nationalities in a large group of Human Resource in Southeast Asia.
Open to work from home until further notice.
