As part of our Global Talent Attraction Team, you’ll build strategic relationships with senior leaders and other recruitment professionals around the globe to take our recruitment capability to the next level.
Understanding our business imperatives and identifying and executing recruitment solutions which best deliver against these will ensure your success as part of this high performing and growing team.

In your role, you’ll :
Report to the GDS Talent Hub Lead
Manage end to end recruitment to support all vacancies across a variety of the Executive functions in APAC
Liaise with hiring managers and functional leadership, client HRBPS, local HR and HRSSC throughout the process to ensure all recruitment issues are dealt with
Become a fully integrated part of Global Talent Attraction Team, contributing to a wide variety of projects and processes
Promote exceptional client service and a best in class candidate experience in all activities
Improve important measures such as Time to Hire, candidate quality, process effectiveness / efficiency, Hiring Manager and candidate satisfactory rate, cost per hire and other measures for your client
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as the need arises
We’re looking for people with the following experience and skills :
Recognized university Bachelor or Master’s degree with extensive experience in recruitment, preferably with at least 6 years in a recruitment role with multinational companies.
Experience of working with candidates and stakeholders from multiple countries and cultures across APAC
Familiar with the offshore supporting model
Experience of using recruitment systems (ideally Success Factors)
Experienced in talent sourcing and driving end to end recruitment across multiple regions in a large, matrix environment
Well versed and innovative approach to resourcing platforms, tools and techniques.
Knowledge of international hiring principles including some understanding of international labor laws
Experienced in working closely with senior management on resourcing matters.
Demonstrated capability to design and implement resourcing solutions, with a strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Provide demonstrated leadership and represent Global Leadership in key meetings and carry EY vision and mission
Oversee operational and business performance of end-to-end operations of Systems
Execute and deliver Strategic sourcing Roadmap
Continuous Improvement, Identify and drive cross-Service Line initiatives to drive effectiveness and efficiency
Ensure processes and procedures are in place to achieve timely confirmation
Prepares performance evaluations
Build, develop and motivate a team with the capabilities to deliver best in class performance
Develops and mentors departmental Team Leaders through delegation of duties, coaching, and mentorship
Recruit good and qualified resources with huge knowledge about the company’s business in order to build a competent and strong workforce for the organization
Act and maintain harmonious working relationship across all functions
Participate and attend to Global Delivery Services Center Discussion on : Risk and Compliance review, amend, execute, and adhere to programs and governance based on local GDS policies Business Continuity Planning proactively provide high level updates on team status on critical situations to ensure all members are accounted and attended too The performance of assets, personnel, and costs in the assigned area provides sign off on any local requirements for the team Workforce Reporting actively report team headcount, growth, and Center based engagement activities
