Close collaboration with HR Advisory and other HR Service Delivery teams, local HR and CoE teams align on, prioritize and resolve issues, build and share knowledge across teamsAct as the point of contact for the HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise, Local HR and the GBS HR Service Delivery Manager on all HR Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits related issues.
QualificationsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalentAt least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionProven Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits experience preferably in the context of HR Services or HR Operations environmentProven experience in Customer Service and Shared Services environmentExperience in handling core HR systems (SAP HR or other) and document management tools (Aconso, SharePoint or other) & case management tools (ServiceNow or other) is requiredCultural adaptabilityStrong and strategic business understanding and an excellent ability to understand and manage complex situations in a fast-paced environment
