  • Job Description : Implement sales strategies and other sales related approaches to achieve weekly and monthly objectives Maintain relationships with client by providing support, information, and guidance Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Be responsible for the performance of sales activities Consults the management on business strategies pertaining to new products and services Informs management of time lines in potential return on investment and marketing and advertising campaign strategies Participates in some management meetings to develop business objectives and goals for the organization Sets goals for attracting new business, and guides the development staff in the area of product research and development Formulates focus group research and testing to determine how a new product will be received Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's / College degree in Business Studies, Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any equivalent course Extensive background in sales and marketing Preferably with 2 years experience in sales;
  • and experience from construction industry is an edge At least 2 years related work experience Excellent communication skills both written and speaking Excellent presentation skills Master of documentation using microsoft softwares;
