The Job
Key responsibilities areas :
As an IT Security Analyst, you will play an integral role in maintaining the security of the company’s proprietary and sensitive information.
You will be collaborating with different departments to identify and correct flaws in the company’s security systems, solutions, and programs while recommending specific measures that can improve the company’s overall security posture or status.
Key Competencies :
Strong work experience in the following : 5+ years of Information Security / Risk Management, Security Red Team and Blue Team, Incident response and Incident management, Windows log analysis and memory forensics, Network traffic analysis, advanced knowledge and Work experience in Security Operations or related fields such as Audit, IT Security, or Business Continuity, however other IT disciplines are eligible
Strong knowledge and understanding in the following : Application, System and Network security best practice knowledge,
TCP / IP, DNS, SIEM, EDR technologies
Windows environments and related security controls (IDS / IPS, AV, Proxies, Firewalls, etc.),
At least one / more certifications in the following or ability to obtain one in the near future :
CEH, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, ECSA, CHFI, CFE, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP.
Experience with regulatory requirements including but not limited to : PCI-DSS, ISO2700, HIPAA, HITech, HITRUST, SOC2 Type II, SOX.
Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, cyber security or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work / military experience.
