Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with experience working in accounting processes and vendor management
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and numbers / costs, expenditures
Must have experience on vendor contracts
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Applicants must be willing to work in BGC,Taguig and shifting schedule
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Reviewing contracts, checking for contractors, reviewing vendor invoices checking for accuracy and completeness; coordinate with corporate procurement and finance to ensure that vendors are compliant to global standards.
