The Marketing Manager role at S4 Market data is to oversee the companyâ€™s Marketing and recruitment function. This position manages an existing process, suggests and develops improvements on these.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 yearsâ€™ experience in a similar role be able to work as part of a team but also independently.
Financial services experience is strongly preferred. The hours for this role are US Eastern Time 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Work with internal Team members to build and execute internal marketing initiatives that drive referral and engagement for online programs
Conceptualizes and oversees the development of marketing campaigns and sales materials
Manage and ensure marketing collateral and content on companyâ€™s public-facing website remain current
Provide reporting and analysis on content marketing initiatives resulting in strategies for optimization and performance improvement
Provide accurate and timely project reporting on all marketing activities
Manage priorities and timelines effectively to meet critical deadlines
Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the company and adjusts plans accordingly
Manage Talent Acquisition's Marketing Strategy.
Define strategies for various types of jobs, markets and regions.
Analyze the response rates, performance, and effectiveness of all advertisements and outreach efforts.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required;
5+ years marketing experience in B2B product marketing, preferably with a successful track record in FinTech or financial services
Excellent understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape
Project management experience, including management of vendor relationships
At least 5 yearsâ€™ experience in using Marketing related tools and social media platforms.
Ability to create effective messaging strategies and tell compelling stories about our products and business to any audience â€ whether itâ€™s our consumers, internal team, or industry at large
Possess an entrepreneurial and founder mindset, the ability to combine both marketing and recruitment
